Heart Held Apothecary exists to help people remember…
and return to their own inner wisdom by aligning with their truth, softening protective armor, and holding sacred space in everyday life.
We created our sprays with one core intention: to reconnect people with themselves, their energy, and their heart.
Why Use Intention Sprays On the Body?
Reconnect with Your Inner Truth
Spraying directly on the body invites a moment of pause—an embodied reminder of who you are beneath the noise.
Embody Your Chosen Frequency
Each spray is a sensory affirmation. Sovereignty, Amuse, Clear Protect and Bless—they help you wear your intention like a second skin.
Anchor Your Energy
Whether you're entering a meeting, a meditation, or a moment of transition, the spray becomes a ritual of grounding and protection.
Awaken Somatic Wisdom
The blend of scent, crystal energy, and intention activates the body’s intuitive knowing—guiding you toward clarity and calm.
Support Emotional Regulation and Energetic Boundaries
Spraying on pulse points or over the heart creates a gentle shield, helping you stay centered and aligned in dynamic environments.
Why Use Intention Sprays In a Space?
Cleanse and Reset the Energy of a Room
Just as sage or sound clears stagnant energy, these sprays refresh the atmosphere with intention and beauty.
Create Sacred Space for Rituals, Rest, or Creativity
Whether you're journaling, hosting, or simply being, the spray sets the tone—inviting presence, peace, and possibility.
Support Transitions and Threshold Moments
Spraying before or after a conversation, a ceremony, or a workday helps mark the shift—bringing closure or opening new energy.
Infuse Your Environment with Healing Frequencies
Essential oils, crystals, and energetic infusions work synergistically to elevate the vibration of your surroundings.
Reminds You That Your Space is an Extension of Your Souls
Every spritz is a declaration: “This space holds me. This space reflects me. This space is sacred”.
